A New Direction | TMH 021
So after the turmoil of 2020, this blog and its overall function is going to shift focus from manufactured homes to home design in general.
This shift is taking place for a few reasons: 1.) I have seen very few manufactured homes that I have like, 2.) I have found very few manufactured home communities I have liked, 3.) I don’t want to deal with or pay a Homeowners Association, 4.) and I have found a good deal of Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs in my Southern California area that will allow me to buy a conventional single family home.
I should be moving forward with a home loan/DPA/home search in the middle of this year (2021), which will be accompanied by some blog posts on down payment assistance.
PS: I will include MH news in future posts, here and on IG, in the future just because I find it fascinating;)
